Application

Wide purpose. Applied to polyester, cotton and plush fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference

(1) Dipping Process:  RH-NB-6503 diluted emulsion     2-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-6503 diluted emulsion     15-40g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-6503: 100kg

Water: 300kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8438 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

3. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,  

4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

6. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.
