【Usage Amount for Reference 】

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8062 diluted emulsion     1-6%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8062 diluted emulsion     10-50g/L

Storage

 Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

RH-NB-8602： 100KG

Emulsifier:                   50KG

Glacial acetic acid:             2KG

Water:                      300KG

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8602 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;

4. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;

6. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

8. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

9. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

10. Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
