Advantages

(1) Excellent lubricating property, soft property, levelling property, gloss property. It has good waterproof effect.

Application

(1)Coating on the wire connector to prevent leakage; coating on the surface of insulator to improve surface resistivity.

(2) Coating on glasswork to prevent water and mould.

(3) The hydrophobic nature and flexibility of glass fibre will be improved after the treatment by our product.

(4) Used as quakeproof of appearance of airplane and car and used as transfer medium of signal to transfer the press and temperature of Auto-control appearance.

(5) Used as lubricant of axletree of metal and plastic, replace the brake liquid Ethylene glycol, used as brake oil.

(6) Used for dipping fibre of textiles, it can reduce attrition. It prevents fuzz, broken, and it is antistatic.

(7) Used as element of polishing agent of car, furniture, metal, glass, plastic, leather, floor,etc. It can improve the brightness when added to the polishing oil. Coat easily and protect the film from the environment effect. It can improve the brightness of film and it has effect of crinkle when added to the oil paint.

(9) Used as demolding agent of moulding processing for kinds of rubber and plastic.

Use Method

(1) Silicon Oil together with emulsifying agent and auxiliary agent can be emulsified to water latex of different concentrations. During the emulsification, the mixture of silicone oil and emulsifying agent should be uniform, adding the water slowly and uniformly.

(2) It can be applied by silicone oil, or water latex according to the requirements.
