Usage Amount for Reference 

 (1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-9901 diluted emulsion  1~5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-9901 diluted emulsion  10~50g/L

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsifier(AEO-6): 60kg

Glacial acetic acid:3kg

Transparent appearance after emulsifying

Dilute process:

Add RH-NB-9901 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 3 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Add 100kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Add 100kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 6

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

When in cold weather, emulsifier is easily to freeze, heat and stir to thaw before use.
