Glacial acetic acid:  2Kg

Water:                     200Kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8368-6 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

7. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

8. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

9. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

10. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

11. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

12. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

13. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 6

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

When in cold weather, emulsifier is easily to freeze, heat and stir to thaw before use.
