Introduction

RH-GZ05 is a single liquid coupling agent type surfactant, easy operation, strong bonding force, long term adhesion after coating. Mainly used in the heat-curing bond of addition type silicone rubber with PC, PA and epoxy resin. It also has good adhesion effect on metal materials.

Using method

1.Remove the oil stain and dusts on the bonded base materials surface with the solvent

2.Coat evenly one layer of RH-GZ05 adhesives on the surface of bonded base material after the volatilization of the solvent (about 3-5min)

3.Put the coated base material in the 100℃ oven after the volatilization of the solvent in room temperature, bake for 15min.

4.Apply the silicone rubber on the base materials  after cooling, the curing temperature is 110℃

Note: The base material coated adhesives must be bonded with silicone rubber in 16 hours,otherwise,they must be put in the oven to avoid hydrolysis and affect the adhesion result.

Storage and attentions

1. Storage in room temperature or low temperature.

2. This product contains organic solvent, transported as inflammable substance. Ventilate andavoid contacting with open flame.

3. Cover the bottle immediately after taking it, to avoid the solvent volatilizezing  

and moisture which will decrease the quality。

4. Avoid the products contact with the compound containing N,P,S,Sn,etc  ,and avoid long term exposure in air and avoid moisture and water which will affect its adhesion.

5. Avoid sunniness,which can decompose the product..

6. The quality guarantee period is 3 months, and it can continue to be use after the shelf-life as long as it passes the quality test and up to the standard.

Note: This products is prepared according the best formulation ratio, please don’t dilute. We can’t ensure the adhesion strength after diluted with solvent.
